Framework agreement since 2011 — 17,000 sqm new build in Bergen
The assignment
Moment Eiendom has had a framework agreement with Aibel AS since 2011. We have arranged short-term leases of project offices, co-located sites, initiated new builds and assisted with cost optimisation in Stavanger, Bergen, Haugesund, Asker, Stjørdal, Trondheim and Harstad. Projects include a 17,000 sqm new building in Bergen, an approx. 5,000 sqm new office building in Stjørdal and two project offices of 3,000–4,000 sqm in Stavanger.
